This training will have six psychometric assignments and counselling for participants at the same time. The duration of the course is 6 days–6 hours a day.
Self-Esteem Development
By the end of the Self-Esteem Development Course, participants will have a deeper understanding of their own strengths, limitations, and emotional patterns, leading to stronger self-awareness and confidence. They will learn to manage negative self-talk, handle criticism calmly, and build a balanced, positive self-image.
